Pahuljica zna što znači biti drukčiji od drugih. Njegovo snježno bijelo krzno od rođenja ga ističe od ostalih gorila. Sada, daleko od doma u Gvineji, živi u zoološkom vrtu u Barceloni, gdje slovi za napopularniju atrakciju kod svih, osim kod ostalih gorila. Njima nije jasno što je tako posebno kod bijelog krzna. No Pahuljica ima plan. Sa svojim frendom Ailurom, crnom panterom reinkarniranom u crvenu pandu, i djevojčicom Paulom, Pahuljica planira tajni posjet moćnoj vještici. Ona mu može pomoći da postigne ono što najviše želi – da bude normalan gorila. No izvan sigurnosti zoološkog vrta, prijatelji su u opasnosti. Luc de Sac okrutni je čovjek koji je proklet nesrećom. Uvjeren je da je Pahuljičino srce amajlija koja mu je potrebna da poništi kletvu, stoga je spreman na sve kako bi ga se domogao.
